At Ingleside Townhouses, month-to-month starts at $1,050/month for a 1-bedroom and $1,250/month for a 2-bedroom. At Flour Bluff Apartments, month-to-month is available for an additional fee over the 12-month rent; call 361-939-7336 for current pricing. Water and trash are included at both.
Are the apartments furnished?
No. Our apartments and townhomes are unfurnished, so you bring your own furniture or rent it locally. Every home comes with a stove and refrigerator, and water and trash are included.
Do I need a Social Security number to apply?
No. We accept a passport or work visa as ID, and you can show income with pay stubs or a letter from your employer.
Can I share a townhome with a coworker?
Yes. At Ingleside Townhouses, two coworkers can share a 2-bedroom townhome and split the rent. Call us to find out how to apply together.
Which community is closer to my job?
If you work at Kiewit, the Ingleside plants and terminals, or in Portland or Gregory, Ingleside Townhouses keeps your commute short. If you work at NAS Corpus Christi, on Padre Island or on the south side of Corpus Christi, Flour Bluff Apartments is closer.
Can I rent before I get to town?
Yes. Call to schedule a video tour, then apply online. You can have your lease set up before you arrive.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome; aggressive breeds are not allowed. Assistance animals for residents with disabilities are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees or breed restrictions.
