Yes. Both Flour Bluff Apartments and Ingleside Townhouses offer month-to-month leases for $100 more per month than the 12-month rent.
How much is month-to-month?
At Ingleside Townhouses, month-to-month starts at $1,050/month for a 1-bedroom and $1,250/month for a 2-bedroom. At Flour Bluff Apartments, month-to-month starts at $950/month for a 1-bedroom, $1,050/month for a 2-bedroom and $1,300/month for a 3-bedroom.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. The deposit is $400 for 1 and 2 bedrooms and $500 for a 3-bedroom, plus a $50 application fee.
What do I need to apply?
A completed online application, a photo ID and proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
